Pomegranate Paste
Pomegranate Paste is obtained from the fruit of the pomegranate tree with the scientific name Punica granatum of the Puniceae family, after washing, separating the skin from the seeds, squeezing, straining and extracting pomegranate juice and thickening it into a semi-liquid to very viscous product by thermal method under vacuum. The color of Pomegranate Paste is from dark red to dark brown color.
