Tomato paste is obtained from healthy and ripe tomato fruit with the scientific name Lycopersicum esculentum from the Solanaceae family, which is concentrated in a vacuum system in steel containers until reaching a minimum concentration of 28 degrees Brix, excluding salt. Iran is one of the top exporters of tomato paste. which exports this product to the countries of Iraq, Russia, Qatar, Poland, Romania, Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, etc.
