Pistachio oil is an oil obtained by mechanical pressure, such as a press, from the pure pistachio kernel with the scientific name Pistacia Vera L. Pistachio oil is exported to world markets as one of Iran's agricultural products. One of the reasons for the growth of pistachio oil exports is the presence of strong domestic and foreign markets. With favorable weather conditions in Iran for planting pistachios, this product is produced in bulk and exported to different countries. Pistachio oil is used as a valuable food ingredient in various industries such as cooking, confectionery and nut production.
