Pistachio Butter is a product that is prepared by softening the pistachio kernel without the shell with the scientific name Pistacia Vera and mixing it with sugar, permitted additives and processing it into a uniform cream. The ingredients of pistachio butter include pistachio kernels, sugar, liquid glucose, permitted edible emulsifiers, permitted edible antioxidants, permitted natural flavors such as cardamom, and edible salt.
