Mint Essence
Mint Essence is a plant sweat with scientific name Mentha spp. L. belongs to the dark Lamiaceae whose aerial parts of some species such as M. piperita, M. spicata, M. arvensis are extracted. Mint Essence has many healing properties, but one of its most famous treatments is to relieve stomach bloating and digestion. The strong scent of mint helps to relieve congestion in the nose, throat and lungs and cleans and expels moisture from the lungs and respiratory tracts. Mint has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and is useful for treating cough and expectoration. Mint Essence increases healthy gastric secretions and improves the digestive process. Mint is also high in fiber and improves digestion and prevents indigestion. This plant relaxes the intestines and reduces bloating. People with stomach ulcers should use this sweat with caution.
