Saffron is obtained from the cultivated saffron plant with the scientific name Crocus Sativus. Separated saffron stigmas are considered as red gold in the world, one of the most important export items of Iran. Iran is the largest producer of saffron in the world. Pushal Saffron is one of the types of saffron which, in addition to having stigma and style, has all the properties of saffron, and is sold at a more reasonable price. The reason for the lower price of this type of saffron compared to other types is the presence of saffron style in this type, which has a more stable price than the stigma of saffron. Slivered Almonds
Almond slices are long slices of shelled nuts without the third skin, which are divided into two or four pieces along the length of the almond nut, and its two ends have a natural curve. To prepare almond slices, first, the almond kernel with the second skin (brown skin) is washed in a pot and kept in purified water at room temperature for 12 hours. After this time, heat the water until it reaches a temperature of 70-80 degrees Celsius and keep it at this temperature for 20 minutes until its texture is soft and ready for peeling.
