Damask Rose Absolute Essential Oil
33012910Damask Rose Essential Oil is obtained by distilling Rose Damascena P. Miller from Rosacea family with water. Essential oil is a collection of oily, volatile and aromatic compounds inside the plant. Damask Rose Essential Oil is one of the most popular essential oils and is the most valuable Damask Rose product. It is produced 100% natural and organic. There are about 300 chemical substances in the Damask Rose Essential Oil. The most valuable product of the rose flower, which has been called liquid gold, is Absolute Essential Oil, which is obtained by adding the first and second rose essences to each other. This essential oil is produced in the world's industrial plants for the processing of roses and is sold commercially after the necessary analysis. Many perfume industry activists consider Absolute Essential Oil as the most important raw material of this industry. This essential oil is also used in many other industries such as cosmetic, health, pharmaceutical and food industries. As a result of cooling in the refrigerator, this essential oil is separated into two parts, one solid which is called stearoptene and the other liquid which is called oleoptene. Stearopetene makes up about 15 to 20 percent of the total essential oil and contains hydrocarbons with 14 to 23 carbon atoms, C14-C23, and due to the non-volatile nature of these hydrocarbons, it does not have much of a smell. Oleopten is a clear, yellow liquid that dissolves easily in 70-degree alcohol and contains highly aromatic alcohol components such as geraniol, citronellol, nerol, Phenylethanol, Phenethyl Alcohol-2 and small but important amounts of esters and other aromatic substances. In the best conditions, only one kilogram of Absolute Essential Oil is obtained from the distillation of every 3 tons of roses. In recent years, new distillation systems have been invented that separate the total essence from the flowers by continuously returning the distilled water to the distillation tank and distilling it several times. The laboratory, semi-industrial and industrial model of these devices, which are known as Clevenger, are now widely used to extract essential oil from roses and other plants.
