Kiwi is the fruit of the kiwi tree of the Actinidia type and belongs to the Actinidiaceae family. Iranian kiwi, which is also known as Hayward kiwi in the market, is one of the most demanded fruits in the market for export to different countries such as Russia, India, Iraq, Azerbaijan and Europe. Iran is the fourth kiwi producing country in the world. The north of Iran has a suitable climate and climate for growing kiwi for export. The outer skin of Iranian kiwi is brown and slightly hairy. The inner flesh is a vibrant light green, with a white core. Tiny black seeds are scattered throughout the flesh. Iranian kiwi is a powerhouse of vitamins and minerals. It contains high levels of vitamins A, E, and C. These nutrients contribute to overall health, skin vitality, and immune system support.
