Broccoli is the terminal organ of the Brassica Oleraca Butrytis plant from the Cruciferae family. Iranian Broccoli is a high-quality agricultural product, grown in the fertile lands of Iran. Known for its vibrant green color and firm texture, this broccoli is a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Broccoli has been able to compete in the export market due to the presence of nutrients needed by the body as well as easy packaging and transportation. The main export markets for Iranian broccoli are Russia and the countries on the southern coasts of the Persian Gulf.

Storage Conditions: Broccoli should be kept at zero degrees Celsius. The relative humidity should be between 90 and 95%. Air circulation during storage and transportation should be between 0.25 and 0.40 meters per second. Also, keeping Broccoli near products that produce ethylene (such as apple trees) should be avoided because it may affect the quality of the Broccoli.
