Greenhouse tomato 4129 has a strong and productive plant and has the largest cultivated area in the southern provinces of the country, including Bushehr, Hormozgan and Kerman provinces. Among the characteristics of this variety, it can be mentioned that it has a firm fruit texture with a long shelf life, which is very important especially for hot regions and seasons with high temperatures. Greenhouse tomato 4129 is a high-yielding variety that produces a round-shaped fruit with an average weight of 180 to 210 grams, which may reach 240 grams with proper pruning, nutrition and conditions. The fruit of this variety is very firm and suitable for export.

Storage Conditions: Tomato color is the most important criterion for determining the harvest time. Immediately after harvesting (within 12 hours at most), tomatoes should be packed, sent or kept in a cold room. The optimum storage temperature of tomatoes in relation to its degree of ripeness should be according to the following table:
