Premium Grade Cherry Tomatoes

Tomatoes in this grade must have excellent quality, completely firm texture and its characteristics reflect the characteristics of the variety, shape, growth rate and appearance of the tomato. At this point, the tomato should be without any defects.

Grade 1 Cherry Tomatoes

Tomatoes in this grade must be of good quality and its characteristics must reflect the characteristics of the respective variety. The texture of the tomato should be firm and its texture should not be soft, wrinkled and watery.

Storage Conditions: Tomato color is the most important criterion for determining the harvest time. Immediately after harvesting (within 12 hours at most), tomatoes should be packed, sent or kept in a cold room. The optimum storage temperature of tomatoes in relation to its degree of ripeness should be according to the following table:

Relative humidity of the air: The relative humidity of the air should be kept at 90 ± 3%.
