Summer Squash is a plant product with the scientific name of Cucurbita pepo from the Cucurbiteae family. Summer Squash is produced in our country, Iran, due to the favorable weather conditions. This agricultural product produced in Iran is of high quality and is exported to other countries including Russia every year. It should be noted that Summer Squash is cultivated in Iran both in summer and winter. The price of summer squash is lower compared to winter squash.
