Dried Parsley is obtained from the drying process of the parsley plant with the scientific name Pertroselinum Crispum from the Umbelliferae family. Parsley leaves are dark green in color and have rhombic or triangular cuts with subdivisions. The leaves of the upper part of the stem are divided into thin and strip-like parts with a different appearance from the lower leaves.
