Dried Fig Parak
08042010Dried Fig Parak is the dried fruit of the fig tree with the scientific name Ficus carica from the Moraceae family, which has reached an acceptable level of moisture by using proper drying methods. Dried Fig Parak is the most open-mouthed fig that has a high price and is known as the most luxurious fig. Dried Fig Parak is actually the best fruit of any fig tree, which is larger than other figs of that tree and has a smiley face, yellow and white color, pleasant and sweet taste, chewy texture, soft and crunchy at the same time. The more sweet the fig, the more pressure it puts on the skin of the fig, which causes it to split and crack. Dried figs that are split open and the inside is visible are called Parak figs. Dried Fig Parak are completely opened from 2 or 3 sides.
