Dried Fig 101
08042010Dried Fig 101 is the dried fruit of the fig tree with the scientific name Ficus carica from the Moraceae family, which has reached an acceptable level of moisture by using proper drying methods. Dried Fig 101 are divided into three grades AAA – AA and A: - Dried Fig 101 – AAA: this fig is the most open-mouthed fig after Dried Fig Parak, and it has a lower price than Parak, and it is also large in size. Dried Fig 101 – AAA are opened from 2 or 3 sides, but the amount of opening is less compared to Parak. The characteristics of this type of fig can be mentioned as over 23mm in size, completely open-mouth, white or light-yellow color. - Dried Fig 101 – AA: This fig is completely similar to the Dried Fig 101 – AAA, with the difference that the size of this fig is smaller and it comes out of the AA outlet in the sort machine, and its price is lower than the AAA. The characteristics of this type of fig can be mentioned as same as 101 - AAA by size between 21-23mm. - Dried Fig 101 – A: This fig is completely similar to the Dried Fig 101 – AA, with the difference that the size of this fig is smaller and it comes out of the A outlet in the sort machine, and its price is lower than the AA. The characteristics of this type of fig can be mentioned as same as 101 - AA by size between 18-20mm.
