Nar Salçası

Nar salçası, Puniceae familyasından Punica granatum bilimsel adına sahip nar ağacının meyvelerinden, yıkama, çekirdeklerden kabukları ayırma, sıkma, süzme ve nar suyunu çıkarma işlemlerinin ardından, vakum altında termal yöntemle yarı sıvıdan çok viskoz bir ürüne yoğunlaştırılarak elde edilir. Nar salçasının rengi koyu kırmızıdan koyu kahverengi arasında değişmektedir.
