Ananas suyu konsantresi, Bromeliaceae familyasından Ananas Comosus bilimsel adına sahip, sağlıklı ve olgun ananas meyvelerinin fiziksel yöntemlerle yoğunlaştırılmasıyla elde edilen, fermente olmamış ancak fermente edilebilen bir üründür. Konsantre ananas suyunun minimum Brix değeri, ananas suyu için belirlenen değerden %50 daha yüksektir. Ananas konsantresi, çeşitli fabrikalara ve diğer ülkelere birçok ürün için hammadde olarak ihraç edilmektedir.
