20079990Erik püresi, meyve suyunu çıkarmadan, doğal veya yapay renk ve tatlandırıcı eklenmeden, bütün ve olgun veya soyulmuş kırmızı eriklerden elde edilen bir üründür. Erik püresi hazırlanırken, ezme, öğütme, yenilebilir kısımları pürüzsüzleştirme, maksimum gözenek çapı 0.841 mm olan eleklere geçirme ve kabuk, çekirdek ile iri dokunun ayrılması gibi işlemler yapılmaktadır.
