Sumac

Sumac powder is the powder of the sour fruit of the sumac plant with the scientific name Rhus Coriaria from the Anacardiaceae family, which has been passed through a sieve with 2 mm springs. The sumac plant is a small shrub with a height of 1 to 5 meters and has compound leaves of 9 to 10 seeded leaflets that are covered with fluff. Its leaves turn reddish green in autumn. Its flowers are green and in the form of conical corners, 20 to 25 cm long. Its fruit is small (the size of a lentil) and is of the shaft type, which turns purple or brown after ripening.
