08041090Финиковый сироп — это продукт, который получают промышленными методами с помощью воды и тепла, растворимых в воде твердых веществ из спелых плодов различных сортов фиников с научным названием Phoenix Dactylifera L из семейства Пальмовых. При приготовлении финикового сиропа используют перикарп различных сортов мягких и спелых плодов фиников механическим методом или с помощью воды и тепла в обычных промышленных устройствах.
