Grape Syrup

Grape Syrup is a non-fermented product, but it can be fermented, and it is prepared by physical methods from healthy and ripe grapes of the grape tree with the scientific name Vitis vinifera from the Vitaceae family. Its acidity is neutralized by process aids and after filtering, it is concentrated until the minimum percentage of dissolved solids in it reaches 70. Grapes that are not suitable for keeping or producing raisins are used to prepare Grape Syrup. This product is prepared in two types of red Grape Syrup and white Grape Syrup. Red Grape Syrup is made from red grapes and red varieties and is dark purple red in color, and white Grape Syrup is made from seedless grapes, hard and white.
