Summer Savory
Summer Savory is an annual herbaceous plant Satureja Hortensis Linnaeus from the mint family Labiatae. Its flowers are white or pink. In the trade market, it is seen mostly in the form of intact or broken leaves and less in the form of branches that have been picked before the flowers bloom. The height of the branches is 15 to 30 cm, their stems are red. The leaves are oppositely elliptic or almost lance-shaped, complete or straight, flat, almost without pointed petioles and glands, etc. Their length is usually between 30 to 35 mm and their width is from 3 to 6 mm. Their color is dark green.
